Jiangsu Haixin Jinhu Wind Power Plant Box Variable Anti-Condensation,Enhanced Insulation Technology Transformation Construction Case
In the field of clean energy generation,the reliability of wind turbine operation is crucial.In a humid environment,condensation water droplets can cause electric field distortion,resulting in partial discharge,causing flashover or even burning of the external insulation of the electric power,leading to accidents.
Jiangsu Haixin Jinhu Wind Power Plant is adjacent to Gaoyou Lake,with a dense water network and humid climate,with air humidity reaching over 90%.The location of the wind farm is full of paddy fields and fish ponds,and many wind turbines are built on water.The humid air is prone to condensation inside the box variable,posing a potential risk to operational safety.
In this regard,Oumaan Technology Group(Heilongjiang Hengdian Lightning Protection Engineering Co.,Ltd.)and Jinhu County Hai New Energy Co.,Ltd.decided to spray a water-repellent coating on the surface of the equipment to prevent condensation from forming on the surface of the equipment.
The construction adopts the air spraying method to evenly spray the coating on the surface of insulators,surge arresters,insulating bushings,coils and high/low-voltage side line rows.After spraying,the surface of the equipment maintains its water and oil repellent properties even under high humidity,and the water droplet test shows that the water droplets fall off quickly and do not leave a water film on the surface.
No matter how the air environment changes,as long as there is no condensation discharge channel on the surface of the equipment,the reliability of operation can be greatly improved.
This construction has successfully solved the problem of generator condensation under humid environment and improved the reliability and service life of the equipment.This project provides valuable experience and reference for similar projects in the future(high humidity environment in hydropower stations,coastal high salt climate,areas with frequent alternation of heat and cold,etc.)and proves the important role of DSAN anti-condensation coatings in wind power generation equipment.
