I.HDS-25B Surge Protection Device(T1,B level)
1,Products
①HDS-25B is a one-piece multi-layer spark gap device.The device consists of a total of 9 layers of spark gaps,which are composed of 10 pieces of high-energy graphite electrode discs stacked together,high heat-resistant Teflon spacer ring,reliably ensuring a safe distance inside the spark gap.
②Die-cast copper metal connecting plate fixed by bolts,combining the spark gaps together,reeded in the precise position.8 of the 9 layers of spark gaps are controlled by high-capacity capacitors,thus ensuring the precise setting of the protection level voltage.
2,Product Advantages
①HDS-25B is uniquely designed with a sealed structure so that no leakage arc is generated even when it is in action.Therefore,it is not necessary to reserve space for the leakage arc during installation.
②The lightning protector has a high capacity of lightning current discharge,single module impact current up to limp50KA,can effectively prevent a variety of surges,including direct lightning,widely used in equipment systems with high risk of lightning strike in the region of the power supply of the first level of lightning protection,can be used in any combination of single-line/three-phase power supply lines.
③HDS-25B and HDS-50B meet the requirements of IEC61643-1(02.98)for Class I lightning protection,and can be designed to be used between Zone 0 and Zone 1.
3,Role Scope
For lightning protection installation projects in buildings,the HDS-25B provides equipotential connections for lightning protection on power lines.The protector has successfully passed the test in accordance with the lightning current parameters specified,when lightning strikes the overhead line,HDS-25B can provide more than enough protection,so the surge protector can also be used in the power supply system through the overhead line into the building.
II.HDS-B60 Surge Protection Device(Class B)
1,Products
Surge Protector HDS-B60 is designed according to the requirements of IEC61643 and GB18802,suitable for 48-62Hz low-voltage power supply system,for the voltage-limiting surge protector,the product has been tested in accordance with the requirements of IEC61643-1 and GB18802.1.The product grade is B class.
2,Product Advantages
Lower output residual voltage after lightning strike,and there will be no follow-up current.The response time is faster and there is a breakdown failure automatic release protection device.
3,Role Scope
HDS-B60 is suitable for induction lightning protection of sensitive electronic equipment in the building,can be used as the first level of power line surge protector in the building,installed in the building at the junction of LPZO and LPZ1 zone of the layered distribution cabinet.
