DSAN Biomimetic Superhydrophobic and Oleophobic Coating
I.Basic Overview of Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Coatings
Based on the bionic superhydrophobic self-cleaning principle inspired by the"lotus leaf effect,"DSAN coating is achieved through the reactive modification of inorganic nanoparticles with low-surface-energy substances and the construction of micro-nano rough structures.It features multiple functions,including superhydrophobicity,ultra-self-cleaning,hydrophobic migration,delayed icing,and easy de-icing.This effectively prevents the formation of water films on equipment surfaces.Even in high-humidity environments,it maintains its superhydrophobic properties,ensuring that the surface lacks discharge channels caused by condensation.

II. Features of Hydrophobic and Oleophobic Coatings
1.Superhydrophobicity:Features a contact angle of≥160°and a sliding angle of<2°.Water droplets easily roll off the surface,and the coating maintains its superhydrophobic state even after being immersed in water for over 60 days.
2.Superoleophobicity:Effectively prevents flashovers and dielectric breakdowns caused by oil stains such as bird droppings.
3.Ultra-Self-Cleaning:Resists dust accumulation with a self-cleaning rating of Level 1.In heavily polluted environments,accumulated ash rapidly shrinks upon contact with water,preventing the formation of dry zones that could trigger flashover discharges.
4.Excellent Superhydrophobicity in High-Humidity Environments:Maintains a contact angle of≥150°and a sliding angle of<5°at 99%relative humidity,ensuring liquid droplets do not adhere to the substrate.It effectively prevents the formation of water films on surfaces.Regardless of environmental changes,as long as discharge channels caused by condensation are eliminated,the operational reliability of the equipment can be significantly enhanced.
5.Outstanding Adhesion:Achieves a Level 1 adhesion rating on glass,ceramics,stone,aluminum plates,and various conventional coatings.
6.Exceptional Weather Resistance:Incorporates fluorinated compounds,enabling the coating to delay icing,reduce ice accumulation,and facilitate easy de-icing in natural environments.Its resistance to UV aging far surpasses that of general materials.
