  4, Installation Instructions

  Installation of HD series early discharge lightning rods in China should comply with the provisions of the≤Building Lightning Protection Design Code≥(GB50057-2010).

  (1)Determine the lightning protection category of the building according to the area and height of the protected building,the location of thunderstorms and the correction factor of the geographic environment,and the nature of the building use.

  (2)by the lightning protection category and the area of the building,and then select one or more HD series of early discharge lightning rod.

  (3)The lead wire should be connected with the main steel of the building to make a reliable electrical connection,or make two or more lead wires according to the regulations.

  (4)The lead wires shall be made with disconnecting card,and the ground attachment shall be insulated and protected.

  (5)The grounding body,grounding resistance and lightning protection ground network should be implemented according to the requirements of GB50057-2010.
